My heart rate in total rest (after 15mins) is 41/42. Blood pressure systolic/diastolic 106/65.

Hey I'm using Sony & Sony Ericsson since 12 Years.
Best products,durability 7 performance. I never complained or suffered any problems with Sony.
Now I have both Xperia ZR & Z1 and I`m very satisfied with their great performance and durability.And for Samsung users i can say that Sony fans are classy and will never use Garbage!!!!!!!!!
Go Ahead Sony............and kick some asses.

Love Sony products already have Xperia ZR. Hope Sony releases Z2 compact with same features just like Sony did for Z1 compact but size needs to be 720 x 1280 pixels, 4.7/4.8 inch screen which is just perfect for pockets by year end b4 Christmas. with no compromise on quality whatsoever. Guys what say?

advice, 30 Mar 2014for people who are doing sports their hear rates should be slow ate rest ,slower than the norm... moreNot necessarily true. Athletes can have slightly lower heart rate at rest but a heart rate below 60 is called symptomatic bradycardia and could be a reason to see a doctor real fast. Also men who do not exercise often have pulse well below 70 when at rest, the differences from athletes are minimal, so small that it just as well be a case for the Mythbusters.
Blood donors are rejected even if they have slightly above 60 bpm.
My heart rate as i lie on the bed writing this on my laptop is 64-65, not even fully at rest. For sure im no athlete.

if whenever i... morefor people who are doing sports their hear rates should be slow ate rest ,slower than the normal population,finding a rapid heart rate might indicate serious cardiac condition like the one that causes sudden death to young athletes,also during exercise their is an upper limit to the heart rate,exceeding it might harm the person.....
i didn't tell you or any body to buy a specific phone,but for me i will be happy if my phone have this feature.
monitoring heart rate is a wise step specially for people who are doing sports like you,and for people who have some medical conditions.
