Doodz im not here to disgrade you or something I'm just going to share something.How about this.... You bought a phone for entertainment on the go if you want to buy a shitty phone and use it as a camera, email, games, Internet browsing then you will regret it because its a crap phone lag here and there. Then you suggested to buy camera instead if you want to put it in that way... So you will have to carry a camera for shooting. A laptop for emailing and Internet browsing, and tv and gaming console for games. How are you going to bring that stuffs outdoors, what will be your power souce outside see....sorry for my terrible English

james, 22 Mar 2014Samsung galaxy s4 octacore had a qualcomm chipset but how you put quadcore rather than octacor... moreWrong, while some models of the S4 had 8 cores, you could only use 4 of them at a time while the other 4 were shut off, all 8 cores were never in use at the same time no matter what you were doing with your phone... So no, the S4 is NOT better than the Z2, besides, the Octa core S4 used an older CPU (The 1.6 Ghz Exynos 5410, which uses the same ARM CPU used in the Snapdragon 600 running at 1.6 Ghz)compared to the quad core Snapdragon 801 found in the Z2 running at 2.3 Ghz... Having 8 cores doesn't automatically make it better than having 4 cores, considering most apps and games barely make use of 4 cores, let alone 8, having more CPU cores means absolutely nothing past a certain point (in this case, 4 cores), especially when the 2 CPUs are different models running at different speeds... Not to mention that there is much more to a smartphone than the CPU its using, that said, the Z2 easily blows the 8 core S4 away in all categories... Next time, maybe you should do some research so that you actually know what you're talking about

There are several versions of samsung S4 based on the chipset inside, the S4 quad core version which used qualcomm chipset and the S4 octa core version that used exynos chipset (samsung's own chipset). I read that people said the last one is crap.

I myself use the LTE which uses a snapdragon quadcore. It's the i9505 S4 and its clocked higher than the octacore just to cover that difference. This time I will go for Z2 just to compare it with the Samsungs I had before (and I was very satisfied with)

hey!I have a question.last year, most oems (sammy,lg,oppo.....) use sony exmour rs 13 megapixel camera.this year,I have not seen any phone except sony own phone(z1,compact,z2) with i don't know exmour rs 20.7megapixel,g len,bionz for mobile.so is that mean from now on this camera tech gonna be sony exclusive or what?thank in advance.

The big problem here in Pakistan is: Sony mobile phones have no warranty. Even without warranty it is too much pricey and No Care center in Pakistan.

Am looking forward to the release date but I strongly suggest that the phone needs to be released in various models (16/32/64 GB). At the moment getting a memory card that supports 4K video recording is very hard

Samsung galaxy s4 octacore had a qualcomm chipset but how you put quadcore rather than octacore in the xperia z even samsung s4 is better than your quadcore so obviously people would by an octacore rather than even your xperia z1 and z2 idls qualcomm and quadcore rather samsung s4 zoom better or dont kniw if samsung s6 will be out and samsung will always be more updated technologies rather stuck with always quadcore so impressed samsung or you will do copycat of samsung to lauch xperia z3 if it will exist as your oldated :-P improced sonyericson beside only samsung and lg is best soldas its worth to buy an octacore mobile rather than a quadcore...
