Put Z1 and Z2 in the arena you'll discover a very tiny difference the same as S3 and S4. What's the hype about Z2 which is unique about it which is not in Z1. I feel pity for Z1 owners. HTC M8 will destroy many phones in 2014.

I have been an Xperia user before i switched to Samsung. My previous Xperia S has good but due to the battery life, and few other issues i changed it.
But looking at this.This is a brilliant device. Much better than the S5 and is definetly going to buy this.

Dito design bit of upgrades and u pay 800 bucks, eithet u dont own one not possible, or hav plenty of money to through about. same andriod basically nothing turn tables. This is the inside gimmick # all brands to srll their toys price of gold. At least three yrs interval necessary when you get nxt big jump n specs. Snatching ad damages are routine ad it feels fr loss. These gadgets are not disposable gve them due age rough ad tough treatment. lke nokia am personally a vote of toughness fr them.

You do not need common sense to tell why the Z2 is be... moredesign is not important phone performance is important and z2 looks like z z1 you dont know anything thats why you are commenting...s5 has came with good features...sony is nothing against samsung...just selling overpriced z2 of 61000...z2 looks like grand2...its better to buy grand 2 at 21000

You do not need common sense to tell why the Z2 is better than the S5. The only edge Samsung S5 has over the Sony Z2 is the Snapdragon 801 clocked at a higher speed because it is a generation advanced than that of the Z2 but Z2 has a bigger RAM at 3GB. Sony is overall more beautiful and definitely better in every way.

I'm a Sony guy forever but I'm disappointed in the internal storage one more time,there is no big difference between the Z1&Z2 at all only the screen size...its gonna be though competing with the other top brands this time I'm pretty sure

I appreciate the IPS screen and the 3 GB Ram. SONY, add the removable battery and native video calling and you will be number one. Those features are essential and probably the main reasons why people prefer Samsung.

The only disadvantage is IR blaster and non removable battery otherwise this is best phone in it's class no one can beat it even s5 and biggest improvement is screen and stereo speakers from htc one but has done in such a way it never looks to be coppied
