With all respect let me tell u
First i am not a gamer, only candy crush, so i dont... moreI would like to say that i suffered from the heating problem even with Z 2 , and this is totally a problem in new Android 6.0, because after they released another update ( 180MB ), everything went better than ever, heating issue is over, battery life time is better.
so just get this 180 MB update done, and you are good to go.

there one problem with all xperia mobiles....during vedio recording and after just 7 minutes of recording ..there appear a warning says that the device temperature is rising...pleas shut down or exit from the camera...and after an other 6 to 7 minutes the camera will stop spontaneously....any solution for that please?

beleive me all heating issue solved after marshmallow. before marshmallow update phone temperture at normal use 46 to 47c but after mm update phone is normal like other flagship phone temperture 32 to 35 and play asphalt for 20 minites phone temperture 43c. and 4k video recording above 30 minutes camera shut down due to heating totally solved.

I have one. Very fragile, with glass front and back. The camera can't be use to record videos, the phone gets too hot and turn it off automatically. Sony's Android is broken regarding bluetooth. Don't walk away from this phone... Run!

Please dear all....just someone tell us about the heating problem during video recording regarding z3+, is it still present or solved? Second whether the magnet charging option available with z3+ ? It is there with z3. Thanks to all

Second, it does not get "just warm", no it gets very hot with camera (regular photography) and normal browsing on facebook and google,
And as for music or charging, dude it gets so damn HOT
The only difference after MM update is that apps dont close by themselves when gets HOT NOT JUST WARM
i agree with u that this device is superb in all other things, and u know nobody loves xperia like i do, i've been an xperia guy since ever, and to my opinion the very best phone ever made was the regular xperia z3 but when this port for charging cracked i told myself let us move to z3+ for better 5MP selfie vs the 2MP of z3 and this was a real bad luck, when i discovered that z3+ is nothing but a microwave in desguise i bought M4 aqua but suffered from a very bad camera so sold it and returned to z3+ and told myself: with the X and X performance coming there is no need to rush for another waste of money on a move for the z5 , i will wait to see opinions on the X -series, if good i will sell z3+ and get it, if not i will then move to a z5 and use it for a couple of yrs till i see, i know u will tell me that z5 is another sd810 like z3+ but i know two buddies using it and it gets just a little warm not as hot as hell like z3+
And guys reading this, take care, after marshmallow update the OVERHEATING OF Z3+ IS NOT SOLVED

9 giga for the OS - the sound on this phone low - default apps design is bad - battery is terrible - im always worried the phone might fall and break the glass .... not sure if should buy sony again
