when i play music the sound is very good but when any one call me the sound becomes low .is that normal .... i updated to Marshmallow

i buy this phone just today.. and when i compair this device to z5 even in premium version its so much better in every thing.. i dont know why sony produce z5 in the first place... z3+ is so much lighter and even thiner than z3,z5,z5 pre.. with the exact proccesor and ram and internal memory.. just finger print.. make such a huge diffrence in price and every thing ?
whoever i update my z3+ to marshmelo and i dont c anything about getting hot so much.. i hardly getting close to warm...
and battry usage is so good either...
the ugliest thing about sony's device is about its launcher.. and with some customize its getting so nice and user friendly...

carlo, 10 Apr 2016hi guys.. my device overheats at the back when i am using wifi? i already update it to the lat... moreDo you even know what is the difference between heating and overheating? Every processing unit heats up but that doesn't mean that it overheats because overheating means that it gets hot to the point when it can be damaged and shuts down or reduces the clock speed until it cools to a rather "safe" temperature.

If you don't update your phone you will not able to enjoy the latest features. if your phone has problems the software update helps to rectify the problem. To clear the notification go to settings - apps - scroll right to all apps list - then software update and clear the data. Bye.
