Telling us th... moreHey James, after the update 5.1.1 on lg g flex 2, everything is solved on heat issue you are talking about. Lg g flex 2 user here almost 1 year as main phone. Data calls txt movies. SOT is up to 6 hrs. I suggest you use the phone not on actual exp by others

please don't encourage people here, this one heats up a lot unlike othet phones. Telling us that this one is acceptable because you have a different experience and telling us it doesn't heat, my god please stop. Majority experiences heating issues with this one, thats why lg g flex 2 also is a failed line up. This one is a failure phone also because of the soc

Mine is heating. You just need to run some bench app 5x continously and the phone heats up, the battery goes up to 47.2 Celsius degree, Processor works on 384MHz (temperature defending the HW), and the apps slows down and they useless. It's because the snapdragon 810 chipset befor version 2.1 buggy. This model probably uses that version of chipset.
I send back tomorrow any get money back perhaps. I used it fo 30 days, this phone could be very good, but the sony has been shoot an "own goal". That was my first and last try with this brand. Sorry.

People, I have bought this phone yesterday from ebay.in. The phone is getting heated up(very very hot) for no reason. And When I open camera it says that 'now camera is turned off as phone is at high temperature'.
Phone display clarity is too good and music is just awesome with the new type of head set they are providing.
Heating issue is the only problem. All the z3+ owners are facing the issue or is it only me.
Please guys respond ASAP. As I am planning to returning the device.
i couldnt decide whether to return or refund.

i updated my phone to 6.0 and i was wondering if you can tell me what is the temperature you get on your phone? mine usually bounces between 33°-44° and the phone feels pretty warm. is this normal?

After the android ver.6 update my camera overheating problem has been solved.
No camera overheat and shutdown even when recording a 5 minute 4k video.
Antutu score of 67,000 now without getting too hot also. Great
