I had it for a week and it started to heat up after 20/30 minutes on the Internet..not ayoba for such a great phone. i am a Sony fanatic, but after that experience, i'm not so sure anymore. Someone pls tell me their handset is NOT heating up?

There is some problem with respect to sound settings. Couple of months I posted a question for changing ringtone as it says Unknown Ringtone. I can set that through music player, but the issue is with Notifications. Unlike earlier, it doesn't show the inbuilt notification ringtones. Also If I try to set some customized from Internal/External memory it doesn't set. Again it shows Unknown ringtone. Bloody crap this is. My Whatsapp doesn't have a notification tone, it sounds some tick as though speaker is not working. Ridiculous by Sony. Can someone help, I don't want to factory reset as I have almost 5.5 GB of apps and games in my mobile.
I've been using this phone for 3 months and i hva had no issues so far. But i'm not a heavy user, mainly for browsing and calling. I have the 2sim version and the only difference is the battery life, which is still not bad, full charge may last for 1.5-2days for me. What i like in this phone is its design and ips display, quite close to the iphone i had used before it.
Wishing you all & your families a very very happy new year, have a great year.

Tamer, 31 Dec 2014from my experience, Note 4 is better and more usable From my xperience note4 is too big to be usable as a phone. plus full of specified features most users actually dont need or use...
Anonymous, 29 Dec 2014Worst phone ever! Battery last only 2 hourDo you often keep your phone in the crack in your back? I think it is the reason for the poor battery life!
Coming from HTC One m8, here are my observations from 2 months with Xperia z3: Software is very laggy after the m8, keyboard as well. Freezes from time to time as well. In 6 months with the m8 i had to restart it only a few times. With the z3 its few times a week. Hope it gets better with android l. Otherwise it has a nice build, I even dropped it a few times with no problems. Volume on the headphones is useless! They advertise it as audiophile phone but actually its not good. Speakers are good for music, but when it comes to calls or skype its near to useless because of the low volume and tinny sound.

mac, 30 Dec 2014is z3 available with 32 gb internal memory everywhere in indiaUnfortunately no. Only the d6616 model has 32 GB internal storage. I believe this is a US only version of the Z3. If you buy your Z3 outside of the states your stuck with a dismal 16GB.
