If battery performance is your top priority, do not update to MM.
Sony's amazing STAMINA MODE has been totally replaced by Google's awful DOZE MODE. Battery life on my device has decreased dramatically
Don't say that you haven't been warned.
I'm trying to find a way to go back to Lollipop.

I come from a Nexus 5 and I am a power user. I decided to settle for a smaller phone because I don't like anything above 5 inches. I have to say this phone is worse than my Nexus 5 regarding performance. Apps load slower than my N5.
For the rest it's fine I guess but I mostly pay for speed, not features. So I'm disappointed

I'm too confused after the marshmallow update. So many memory and app sections. Now some new memory section just for the ram. AND i used to be able to free almost 1 gig. Now even when I force close apps to free ram I don't get any more ram. About 550mb max. What the heck? How can I not free the ram by closing apps that take ram?

I like Sony... i never had any issues with Sony. Maybe that is because i never got cheap lo-end phone and i always go for original in authorized stores but each and everyone of my Sony phones is still working. You can bet on that.
And for the love of God stop trying to take underwater pictures with Sony phones. They are waterproof but not in that way.

Bloatware can be easily uninstalled. Beyond that the UI is clean, simple & fast unlike touchwizz.

AnonD-510050, 03 Mar 2016so... you didn't face any "LAG" problems with Z5C ?of course , but after 4,5 hours using , mutiltasking , heavy gaming , it become a little "slow" . By the way , it tend get warm by heavy user , not "heating" like rumors.

I am due for a upgrade. I am a Sony fan. I have had at least 3 Sony units and Sony Erickson phones. With Iphone 6 plus, Samsung I just dont know what to choose. Any advise?

I am a Z3 Compact user and i know about the "heating" stuff but it's normal to me but my question is...DOES THIS PHONE HAS LAG MORE THAN Z3 Compact ??
cuz my phone is broke...the water got inside and my warranty got expired so the main board is OUT !! it cost around 350 us dollar so...
does Z5 Compact has LAG more than Z3 Compact ??
please respond ! (Specially he people who changed from z3c to z5c)

AnonD-501509, 02 Mar 2016Pardon, how can PC companion cure the uncomfortable heat? If you feel it warm, warmer and so, you feel it hot. I am an average user, not feeling heat issues. I dont say, its perfect in all sense. For that matter no mobile is perfect. Its better than the Iphon 6s. Those who can complain, they will go on with it without being want to compromise.
