This was also an issue with the LG G4 and that was the fix until the updated it

I have baught this phone 3 days ago. I have aproblem when I make a phone call or answer anycall the screen lock and turns black and it's doesn't unlock even when touching the screen or moving the mobile. I have to wait till the call finishes and then unlock the phone. Anyone has a solution for this

HI I have bought it 2days ago and I have aproblem. When I receive call or start aphone call the screen turns black and becomes locked. It's doesn't turn on even when touching it or moving the phone. I have tovwait till the call ends then to unlock the screen....anyone had that problem before

I just got the international version off Amazon. I cannot find my "city"when trying to sync the time. I'm from Florida and I live in Pompano Beach and it doesn't even display "Miami" as an option. Can anyone help me please? I already turned on the location settings.

nolie, 10 Nov 2015still thinking to buy.. the overheating issue makes me think twice.. what overheating??its a thing of past z3+...z5 had never any issues at all.z5compact does 40mins of 4k video without overheating-check out xperiablog.i recently bought a z5c and believe me-its worth it.way wayyyy better than my iphone 5s.5 hours of screen on time at 28% charge on my z5compact. unbelievable untill you experience this phone.camera is top notch.AND NO HEATING.PERIOD.

Just upgraded from Z3C to Z5C... Phone really warms up fast during the downloading of apps... When i woke up this morning, did a few minutes of browsing, phone warms up again really quick... I really hope Sony would have a software fix to this heating problem... Otherwise i would regret the upgrade from Z3C... The Z3C is an awesome compact phone.. Battery life is awesome.. My Z5C is heating up quite hot now as I'm typing this comment... 😢 it also rebooted by itself 3 times today.. 😨

No overheat issues. Camera is awesome.. Performance is buttery smooth and the experience is Sony . just go for it. No heat issues at all

I know, it can happen to anyone anytime ... moreConsider some game need shaking or motion turning the phone, it is better have attach eyelet lanyard to prevent phone drop off.
And the DC always have the eyelet lanyard for easlier grip the device.
Then at the swimming pool, water easily splash to the phone and become slippery, so the eyelet lanyard is the best way to protect your phone..

What is the harm having it there. As such I feel all mobile units should have it.
