If you like more Ram and 1080 display then you must choose Z5, the Z5 Compact will keep for one hand operate. Endurance for 3 days is possible, if you using the Ultra Stamina mix and match the Stamina mode, but Iphone Samsung just can 't make it.

I'm not an iPhone user or even a fan.
Waiting for z6 or z7 compact with....
4.8" 1080p coz they have really good ratio
3GB of ram and efficiently optimized
Better camera software
Better UI
Build quality needs to be improved a lot
3000MAP battery still excellent
Better positions of side buttons
Snap dragon 825 or 830
IP 89 certification
As smooth as iphone
Better viewing angles
Better speakers both for calls and listening music
Gorilla glass 4 or 5 whatever
Battery life of 3 days with moderate usage

S801 vs S810 is not noticable with a 720p screen and 2GB RAM. Instead, the S810 will drain the battery much quicker. Besides that, the sides of the Z3c feel much more premium than the sides of the Z5c which feel much more like cheap plastic. And the launch price is $100,- higher. Ridiculous!
The Z5c and the Z3c both support Quickcharge. But both come with a regular adapter in the box. You'd have to buy the UCH10 adapter to gain benefit from the quickcharge. The Z3c has a nice magnetic charge dock available (no opening flaps!) which positions your phone in landscape mode. The Z5c has an open USB port which would position your phone in portrait mode when charging in a dock. I prefer the landscape stance. I have my tablet in the same stance next to it and it looks awesome! The clock turns automatically when you insert it in a dock on android 4.4.4. I believe android 5 finally supports landscape stance on the home screen. It is just so much more fun to watch a movie or anything like that when you can put your phone in a dock.

Battery for me i use 3G or Wifi always it is connected goes one and half day though i use instagram, google+, gmail, outlook , facebook and whatsapp whole day. Just awesome small in size but great in performance

This is my own only remaing dealbreaker aswell. Everything else is perfect. I can accept 90+ hours in the endurance-test (compared to 101 hours for Z3c), but anything below that will be a dissapointment.

This phone aims functionality, actual benefits, not gimmicks.
Water resistant, but no need to worry about flaps for charging and headset plug-in.
It only has 720p, but it doesnt need more because it has the 325ppi
It only has 2GB ram, but it wouldnt need more for a 720p screen, the rest would just consume more battery and give no real benefit.
Glass and aluminium, but scratchproof, waterproof,fingerprintproof and shatterproof.
9mm, because the latest flagships who became gimmickly thin, at 7mm, did it on the expense of battery endurance.
The only real question that remains to be answered is if they have succeeded to achieve Z3c battery endurance, standby times show that they might have failed miserably...

2. 1080 display insead of 72... moreI agree with you. It's a very stupid thing to release it with only 2 GB Ram. The size is perfect.
Also, I would add a "home" physical button instead on the screen.

I really don't understand why Sony didn't put 3 GB RAM so that to be almost perfect. It's compact (not a brick in my pocket), nice looking but it needs 3 GB RAM and done...They would beat Samsung or Iphone...

Am a currently using Z3 Compact ,the phone is perfect except Wifi drops and didn't even update the phone to Lollipop5.0 .I hope the Z5 Compact has solved that issue ,the naked USB port/charging port is a superb improvement from the previous one.

Why didn't they do a Chrome version of this like they did for bigger Z5's? A Chrome finished Z5 Compact would've come more than handy. I'd really appreciate it if Sony could look into this.
