When I'm accidentally put my phone in water the effects was the headset is on even without headset putting on but after an hour it's back to normal. And the middle part of the screen I can't touch good.. But I can it until now..

Help needed my z5 compact does not charge i did change chargers but no success . When i connect a eed line gets on screen brightens and then mobile goes off no charging sign i even continuly attatched with charger but no success.any help.

2 years would over heat when apps are running, after the upgrade to 7.1.1 the camera does not work, ring tones only work on numbers you place on, blue tooth intermittently works. a lot of features were removed from when I got new. camera was good till upgrade or I call down grade. Theses problems others have the same complaints Sony says will have a fix for the ring tones.

AnonD-733930, 29 Jan 2018after 2 years of having the phone, i noticed even at 50%+ battery life it DIES. yes it dies an... moreI have exactly the same problem and it is doing my head in, as the phone os SO unreliable now including the camera, which seems to give me a green hue down one side of the image when using the flash. Did you find a cure for the instant closing down issue?

Realy good Phone in the beginning but the batteri gets bad quite fast. Arter 2 years use i can no longer use The Phone without a powerbank conected and it gives upp randomly for no reason. The it can not be turnd on without a powersource even if it is at 90%.

Just a brilliant phone. I have had mine 3 years now. The battery is starting to degrade a bit. But have had no problems with it. Love the fact that you can attach a lanyard. I am a biker, and I have had it in the rain many times. Brilliant phone. I really hope Sony keep making these waterproof phones.

Great midrange phone. Had it since 2016. Now running LineageOS 14.1 aka Android 7.1.2. The battery *just* lasts a day, but I've had it two years now.
