Could anyone who owns the Z5 Premium share with me their experiences on the headphone jack malfunction issue? I'm considering this phone, but the headphone jack issue has me thinking twice or thrice.

I have the XZ2 premium and it's a beast, buttery smooth performance even when watching 4K HDR movie or playing games while remaining relatively cool when compared to the S8.

I'd like to buy this phone and not the xz's. The Xperia Z series performs better then xz. Finding one... that is another issue. Apparently they wore too good.

Anonymous, 24 Oct 2018Go for xz or xz premium. xz premium, it has 4k hdr display. Some says you can't really see a benefit of having 4k hdr display. But i can see the quality of 4k display than fhd. You can see the difference when you watch low resolution video side by side. Plus xz premium never heat up when you do 4k video recording.

I have a problem with my phone. The ringing volume, music & vibration is extremely low cannot even hear or feel it when in my pocket. please advise what can be wrong? As I was told that I need to back up all my apps and info and reset the device back to factory settings.

After tha... moreTry coming in 30 frames per second, you don't really notice the difference in quality,but you should be able to record for a long time without the device over heating. Worked on my z5 premium.

Device is awesome. Photos really good. But I can only record 4k videos up to 2min. After that camera app shutdown to cool the phone. Full HD 60fps is up to 6min. But HD video doesn't make any problem. Is this normal?

And thus so far never had problems with overheating or batterry problems by charging it properly. Never till 0% and never till 100+% plugged in and it still holds as fresh and rarely notice the 15% stamina mode using auto brightness and image optimization

I bought it fresh when it launched for 650eur and was dissapointed that youtube didnt support 4k bet phone itself is freaking awesome expecially for the time its made.sad par is after warranty ends everything broke. Micro usb charging loosened out and aux not detecting headphones ( can be tricked with soundabout app) and mic is shit. Just thrash. Good news is to fix all that including both screen and back chrome thats scratched is only 100eur in local mastershop including work so before grabbing a new one ill fix this and stick to it for 2years or more before something worthy comes out for the price i would like to get

Same exact phone as the Z3 plus but with more pixels and slightly bigger display.

yes, it does get a bit warm shooting video or heavy gaming - racing games and RPGs can keep it fairly warm - but it's never got hot enough to shut-down or reboot, say nothing of being hot enough to burn a hand.
... definitely a phone I would give high marks to - at least in my experience d(-_-)b
