i lost ma phone when i was swimming with ma daughter yet i had just got it z5 gold dual sim.i was really not happy at all cz it didnt even go ten min.not happy at all cz its only sony phones i hold but this time ard i was not happy.

yes you are correct! brother because my phone also failed in water test after its dead. i will never put my money again on sony devices. now i moving on to the apple

My z5 premium never heats up . I love this phone . The only problem with z5 premium when you install cracked or free version apps. I recently using paid apps and no cracked apps it's working amazingly good no heats up problem. My advice when you upgrade to nougat please use latest xperia companion and must install through software repair. This will delete your whole data so please back up before you do . Then your nougat works fine. Good luck . I love this phone because it's unique in design and sound quality.

Update supposedly OTA through "what's new" app.
Battery life improved, less heating except recording 4K. Split screen function is OK, but it's more useful on tablet in my opinion.

Lot of issues with the phone. Oveheating, low speaker and mic volume. Camera not good.
Now facing another big issue, audio jack not working. Doesn't detect audio jack. Gets detected sometimes, sometimes looses connection. Facing this problem second time. Now out of warranty so Service centre says it will charge for it. Regret buying.

Hi , i am having some problem with this phone
The on/off button stopped working
The loud speaker also stopped working
The camera outside button also stoped working
Now i can not power off the phone and can not hear in speakerphone mode
Any idea what is the problem ?

Mac Casper, 04 Mar 2017M facing over heating problem in my Sony Xperia z5 premium dual. How can I fix this issue.I too have z5 premium dual and having the same issue. However what I have learned is that, this is due to the processor 810 which by default gets bit overheated. So it's more of a physical issue rather than a software problem. We have to live with it. Sad.

hi guys I bought my Phone on 7 Oct 2016
its a very good phone i love it no problem at all ya it does get heated up when you are recording a 4K video but other than that no problem at all and ya i updated my phone to android 7 last month its very good i would to like to recommand all Sony Z5 premium users to update it my phone battery gets less drained now i love my phone more now trust me just go for it till now not a single problem ive gone through
