Sony Xperia Z series to get Android 5.1 Lollipop in August
The Australian operator Telstra posted a list of Sony Xperia Z phones scheduled to get Android 5.1 Lollipop. Sony has been pushing out Android 5.0 to its Xperia Z series of smartphones since March.
The list includes the likes of Sony Xperia Z, Xperia Z1, and Xperia Z1 Compact. The trio is part of the tech giant’s 2013 smartphone lineup.
A "showstopper issue" was spotted this month, thus causing the update to be paused. Telstra have not specifically talked about the bug, though it can easily be a previously reported memory leak issue.

I Upgraded my Tablet Xperia z To Lollipop. I now cannot even startthe Tablet Any more as Thou it is on the cable. It has become a Pierce of Recycling Hardware

After many attempts and has not found any solution about battery drain issues on xperia z, i finally mange to have it achieved. what i did was that i just download all the stock rom from jellybean 4.1 until lollipop 5.1.1 and flashed it one by one ...
