Samsung Android Rumors

After all these years of research and development, the flexible display smartphone might soon become reality. Samsung is already rumored to bring its first smartphone with flexible display this month and we even heard from the companies executives, regarding their plans to introduce a curved display smartphone.

Thanks to a new report, we also get to learn some of the specs of the upcoming smartphone. The alleged device is said to sport a 4.7-inch display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels.

Samsung's flexible screen smartphone, which will be the first-of-its kind, is also rumored to be powered by a quad-core processor along with 2 GB of RAM. Furthermore, the smartphone will come out with an 8 megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash.

The operating system running on the device will be Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and there is no word on the capacity of the battery providing the juice for the smartphone.

Unfortunately, there is no official confirmation at the moment for any of this for now and not even more substantial proof than the word of an unnamed source so, take it all with a pinch of salt.

Really? Who else can advance it at this moment? Sony? Samsung produces more than 40% of oleds globally and they hold most of the patents in that tech. I believe both LG and Samsung have experience and technology to produce it.

Sounds really cool if you can make something of the flexibility, otherwise it's just fancy junk (just like anything else which isn't be useful).
