I m using spice mobile . I m not able to receive call . call is coming but not showing how to receive the call. Plz try to help me.

Hi everyone,
I'm using this phone since one and a half years. Phone is working good, but problem is sometimes the mobile gets rebooted when I try to call a number.
there is no front camera, a major drawback.
The phone has got slow since the last six months or so. so cannot play games any more. " Storage space running out" is the usual message I get every time I try to install a new app.
The audio settings are not so great.
Touch sensitivity is good, which I like the most about this phone.
No android update available yet, so I'm still using Android 4.1.1..
Hardware wise, its the best in this range because of the metal body.
So guys I suggest to go for a better phone in the 5-7 range rather than this, as I feel it is outdated.

OTP Message sent by banks and Registration messages were not used to come before. After changing the SMS setting option to save from Inbox to SD Card fixed my problem.. Thanks a lot for sharing... Dear all,
igot this phone from homeshop 18 about 1 year ago i think its a quality device except battery back up as u have charge twice a day or carry power bank.
if spice offers me exchange with new good battery back up i m ready pl let me know.

i am facing the same problem.go to sms ...settings and change the setting to store the message in card/ not inbox.then you will be able to receieve the msg.
