Look is too good, Sound is overall. internet performance is muchbetter, sms goes in 3/4 steps... battery back is poor....
not a best phone...

Worst service support The display is broken and unable to repair for the past 6 months.
Do not buy any spice mobiles as the after sales service is very poor and too expensive

Sir i am using Coolpad 2 MI 496, i have 2 issues one is SMS i am not able to receive from Banks/IRCTC. etc., second when i am sending even small SMS it goes more than 3/4 sms by breaking samll message,i contacted saholic site , they just adv. to go to service centre

I am not hppy with the after sales service. service From the Coolpad originally sold to me MMS was not transmitted and the mobile network used to disconnect on its own. I had given the set for servcing as many as three times. Each time it used to be returned saying that the problem was fixed. When i pointed out that the problem was not fixed, I was given one more handset, which appeared to have been received with simillar problems. Even now I am unable to send the MMS from the mobile. Each time I gave the H/S I had to wait for 15 to 20 days and call the service center frequently. Deterred with the above experience, I am constrained to keep the set and manage. My experience is an evidence of degree of care taken by the Spice mobile company towards its customer.

first root it
then install Link2Sd and open it and delete launcher
Make sure you have a launcher like nova,google now before deleting the system launcher
then press home button and wow you can select the launcher you wantbyour default
please comments for any problem

having great experience with this phone,awesome speed.yes it got hanged 4-5 times in last 5 months but its very handy.i have uploaded data almost 3 gb on g drive through it.downloaded kmp player and played hd video 1080p without no lag.camera is good in day light but it cant beat my sony c510 3.2 mp.i can surely say its very good within this price range.i am very rough user,almost doing gaming,music,apps and all things.u can go for it.

Battry back up was very very bad , so another feature was good , so you want to purchase choice to select this phone
