Thanks for the inputs, can you also confirm if these ... morethis phone can possibly be upgraded ota but its not worth doing this, even after you do this, phone speed and battery performance shall remained the same( poor)
however, please note that u have to root the phone plus a simple rom called Super CSDIV is your main target, then forget Nexus 1 and hero, the speed will be out of your own range and battery performance plus apps to sd and other things will remained at your tips
follow the instruction guide and do it with in an hour, the rom could be easily find at xda-developers or any android forum, not an issue http://theunlockr.com/2010/04/26/how-to-root-the-htc-g1dream/
also youtube the said name superCSDiv for htc google g1( Dream), its really charming phone thoug..

My T-Mobile G1 whenever I try to go through the google search it says " The process android.process acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again" Could you help me to solve the problem

hi' i already know the username n password account.but the result is error communication though theres network or wifi registerd detect in my phone G1 but the other results is maybe the sim or the network not registerd or detect but there is a hot spot network for internet.please kindly help me to open and i can use my phone for sms n calls to my friend. Kindly help me please?what must i do about my phone.

Ram is very less, these days all mobiles are coming with 512MB and 1GB. Is there any new hardware released these days..

This mobile can be upgraded up to Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It will be slower but bearable. Some successfully installed Ice Cream Sandwich but it's still experimental and very slow.

you can upgrade OS to 2.1 , its better
