rasel, 09 May 2009 HI I am from Bangladesh. Please tell me how can I get this phone from BangladeshRasel buy it online and have it shipped it to you. Plemix is in Hong Kong so buy one from them. They usually ship their product and deliver in two business days here in America so Bangladesh will be faster as it is close to Hong Kong. Do keep in mind the 3G won't work in Bangladesh as it is only for T-Mobile USA. I know grameen is releasing 3G soon but I am sure it wont be the same frequency. Good Luck

The G1 has now got Video Calling, video recording and some other features with the 1.5 CupCake update!
This is distributed freely with through-air updates, you just get a message and it installs automatically.

I got an unlocked G1 for a birthday gift and I am getting ready to get rid of it. First of all, it is not user friendly....the bluetooth is only good for an earpiece. Also when you are overseas, most phone chips are pre-paid. Whenever your phone is on it drains your card of minutes, even when you don't make or have calls coming in. I really like the looks of the phone, but it's useless over here in Kuwait. Over here, we bluetooth everything, you can't do that with a google phone because it will not allow you to receive or send files, videos, or pictures. Last but least....no front video camera, because we do face to face phone calls over here. They need to just sell this phone in the states! I am just going to stick to what I know and that's NOKIA!

What type of music file does this phone support I.e mp3, aac,wav? when i download music file (don't know type of file) it can play it but does not give me option to save it. any suggestions???

congratz to g1..i heard that g1 have sold 1 million..although g1 isn't launched in indonesia or may be not yet like iphone 3g that nowadays is launched..i'm so curious about android os..i heard that samsung,se n moto have an interest launched android os..so i'm gonna wait for their coming..especially for samsung..hope that they will be launched in indonesia..

I have had this fone for a month and i love it.. its beautiful and its not heavy, it has ALOT to offer and the best is the touch screen plus keyboard!!

I had one for like one day and it stopped working. It was fun though(for the 1 day)but the battry did not last more than couple hrs. So i had to charge it then it jus kept vibrating after that. And would not com back on. i want back another 1 though. I would get the upgraded batt.

I saw this phone yesterday , the os is really good , but its really ugly !! , I will buy an android phone but I think I will wait for the next update and for better looking phone too .
