Nick, 24 Sep 2008T-Mobile is one of the largest growing companys right now and it all ready has 3G network in 2... moreNick...what are you smokin'? TMobile is #4 in the US market and there's a good reason for it...their service has lagged behind the rest. All the other US carriers have had 3G for the past 2 years. You'd think TMo would have been on the ball...they haven't been.
Look at the current phone line....junk and ya think there's better in store. I truly hope so because the G1 has missed the mark in my opinion. I like Android but I may be waiting for it on a better looking handset. We all are.

I like the new Android OS, looks better and easier to use than S60 OS...the specs are ok, could be better. The price is very competitive. I think I'm gonna buy the new touchscreen 5800 ExpressMusic from Nokia.

Im excited I just upgraded to the Curve because the wing wasnt as great to me, just sent it back today and ordered online. The sucky thing is its not always 180 bucks. I have to pay 300 on it and because Im ordering online Cust Serv wont or cant do anything to credit the remaining amount even though I should qualify for the full discount.But regaurdless of video record which most people dont even care about that it's going to be a great phone, maybe some technical glitches to begin with and beleive me I Know the Iphone had problems with AT&T it will be a good phone and people will love it, Tmobile made a good move with this phone, finally something that is as good as the Iphone!

Let's face...

- It's a 3G phone without video conference;
- It has a camera but doesn't record video;
- It has also bluetooth but no other use except MONO headset;
- Haven't found but I doubt it has flash player;
- the battery will last around 4h;
- it comes with a 2-yr plan;

why is it soooooo good ?
not because I like nokia, but N95 has a lot more functions and was released years ago with tons of apps.

the price maybe is worth... let's see the next version and I do hope it is not like iPhone that launched a second version far away from the functions found on other phones.

google phones ??

you must be kidding me

company so large but produces such feature phone ?

even china replica phones has more feature than this.

if this phones is below RM800 i will rather buy china smart phones.

i am using N82 and i dont feel so special on this android OS i will still stick with symbian becasue symbian has over 1000+ app and games available now

but i personal think android os can beat Symbian UIQ used on most sony smart phones

we shall see how many piece of cake that google can own in mobile industry.

I had 4 different iphones, each one crapped out worse then the last. For all you iphone lovers, IT'S NOT A MOBILE PHONE! The iphone lacked in the same departments as the G1 as far as VIDEO AND BLUETOOTH, now for the open platform on the Android software, that is boss. Apple tried to dominate it's OS and failed once the iphone was unlocked. Why is it that an unlocked version of the phone is better than the original?

The G1 will be the next step for software creators and help any mobile phone manufacturers. Don't knock the first version because most of you haven't held one yet. Who knows maybe the third party apps will blow your simple little minds.

The HTC Touch HD looks way better than this. The design of this phone is not as good and it is quite thick. The weight of it is a problem as well. This phone isn't going to be as good as I thought it would be. It's really ugly. It looks like a phone made by a tryhard touchscreen brand. Who designed it. It better not have been the people from HTC cause if their next phones are going to look like this, I ain't gonna buy it. Anyway, as I said, the HTC Touch HD is way better looking than this thing.
