I'm a fan of GSMArena. Everytime i saw a commercial about mobile phones, i always check their specs on GSMArena. My question is about my phone that i bought last February 14, 2022. TCL 10 5G, android 11 with a system version of v3.0.2CDC. and I have received a notice of new Version which is v3.0.2CHE a 1.5 GB update. Is it safe to update to v3.0.2CHE? Thanks.

Can anyone tell me when was the last software update on this phone. I got this phone recently and my unit has security patch for july 5, 2020. I didn't receive any update since then.

Whats only bad about TCL is you cannot unlock bootloader, so after a few years of support(EoL). Pretty stuck at what ever last os/update it has with no custom rom support.

GoodyMC, 05 Feb 2022Can we use two sim on this phone simultaneously?It has been pretty much standard now adays with dual active sims. Though 5G can only be active on one Sim while the other is lower. Mostlikely due to how much powerhungry 5G can get.

I got it on 21st Jan '22 through a Hellenic e-shop. A little after the 1st starting, following the device operation guide steps, a system upgrade took place, at the end of which, android 11 was installed. My only question is, if android 12 will finally be received, as in most TCL devices.

Anonymous, 04 Jan 2022Which android version?It comes as Android 10 but it can be updated to lasted version Android 11 (TCL UI version 3.0.2CHB) when connected to the internet either via WiFi or Sims network internet connection. It's very responsive and very fast when operating. The battery is also good and it has plenty of RAM and internal Memory for any task u need. Well Recommended. Scores 10/10

I've been using this phone for last 2 weeks when I unpacked itุ it needed system update which I did after that this phone has been performing brilliantly. I'm surprised by its overall performance, the speed, battery life, signal strength, call, messagesุ connections including signal strength and even Bluetooth performance, wireless display and audio all perform very well, I always used flagship Android phones mostly Samsung Galaxy S and Note series and I'm satisfied with TCL 10 5G.

Worst phone I have ever own very buggy and laggy when using it sometimes brings me back to the home screen when using it . Freezes when on the internet . Doesn't feel like a 6gb ram phone feels like 1 gb of ram sometimes since I updated to android 11 few weeks after I brought this phone before Christmas I was good apart from it won't get hot when using it . The only good things about the phone is the cameras and they freeze the odd time and fast charge . Don't buy this phone and it's impossible to unlock it .

I have this phone and I also have the Samsung Galaxy A52 5g, in my opinion, I believe the TCL is faster with a better screen,despite it only being LCD, movies are much sharper and brighter on the TCL. Shame it doesn't have stereo speakers.
