Though tbf, Xiaomi is VERY love-it-or-hate-it, and this phone is still very good, just wanted to mention it.

I have this phone and its pretty awesome. This is the only phone on the market I know of that has an infared sensor so you can control TV's. (Other TCL models also have Infared, so its the only brand really with Infared) It also is not missing the headphone jack and those 2 features and the fact that this phone is not missing features other phones are is worth something to me. If you are looking for a phone with infared look no further. If you are a power user its probably not for you. But there's not a lot of phones with 6GB of Ram and 128GB storage at this price point. Honestly its a huge bargain. I definitely recommend getting a phone with 6GB of ram at this point in time as 4GB of ram is a serious bottleneck these days. Curved Glass screen didn't bother me at all. 4500mah battery lasts an incredibly long time. I play Pokemon Go and I was lucky to get 3 hours and 30 min out of my old phone, with this phone I get 7-9 hours of SOT. If you don't play heavy games, you will probably get a lot more. Enough for a day and to keep going all day then charge at night.
There is a case in the box with the phone, but its a very flimsy case.
The only problem is its very hard to find a case for this phone, you have to go to Aliexpress and wait a long time to get a case in the mail to get the best price on a case. Most other cases online are overpriced.

For 450$ not worth it. But i got it about 220$ new, now thats worth it. Though no 5g, its ok, bcoz i can wait 5more years for 5g signal to fully smooth operation

I haven't gotten any software updates since October, that kinda spoils the experience, does anyone have similar problem? I asked many times customer support and they always send me the same answer, I mean literally, copy paste type, with the same typos. Otherwise it is a very good phone. But I'm dissatisfied with the software support.

This is an excellent phone! Phenomenal battery; starts up very quick; large internal storage; looks cool; and has very slick UI features like how it charges.

Simple, fast, easy to use. Especially after Android 11 update it became even snappier. Now, if you want to destroy your phone then, yes, go ahead and install Pocco Launcher or MIUI...

Not only does FM Radio work but was surprised to see the inclusion of RDS which very few phones offer these days!
Price for the new & factory sealed unit was 250 bucks cheaper that what the Redmi Note 10 Pro would of cost me and that was the deciding factor to pull the trigger on this phone!

If that doesn't work then you have to simply return your device and they will change it with a brand new. TCL has the best customer support...
