I am having some weird battery issue ( battery life is solid no problems there) For example sometimes phone goes from 30% to 25% in an hour while screen is off. Before that generally 1 percentage goes like solid 25 mins screen on. Idk why is it happening but it's annoying. I'd rather my phone lasting a little less but being reliable. Any ideas how to fix it?

BTW on TCL Plex from mts update on Android 10 is available since the beginning of February (and FM Radio is lost after update)!

I bought one today as a spare/work phone for $249 at JB Hi-fi when I saw the price and the fact it has 6gb ram, Snapdragon 675 and a full HD screen, tried it out and had to buy it... Will do an unboxing video soon.

Yee, 27 Jan 2020You can get better phones in this price. Not really, The Samsung Galaxy A50 is a similarly priced phone with bad reviews on websites like JB-HI-FI for the fingerprint scanner being terrible and device quality quickly dropping in just a few months. This phone has things that not even high end flagships have, and for such a low price. There are other sub-brands of companies like Realme and Xiaomi but here in Australia they aren't really trusted by a lot of people to be an everyday driver because of the amount of physical work most Australians have to do. I quickly went from the Samsung Galaxy A50 back to this phone when I needed a quick, good working phone to use for a few months while a saved money to get a high end phone. The price of this phone and the things it offers are too good to pass up. Get it while you can.

theboon, 07 Feb 2020I do. There are much better options out there for the price. Name a better phone at this price? Build quality must be included as a factor and keep in mind that here in Greece it goes for 199eur.

TCL making OEM for many brands .Quality depends on brand and market. This device go to compete Xiaomi phones .
