My Tecno Canon 12 can not be use over the internet whiles on calls. Unlike my previous Motorola that you can use surfing the internet at the same time on calls.

Am little challenge on my camon 12,,,I can only call out ,while I saw only miss call from my callers, almost my callers told me my line is showing busy to them..I av remove my sim card to different phone and it work perfectly ..pls what is happening to my incoming call show busy to my callers ...

Why can't I use the internal 64gb memory AND a memory card at the same time?

I cant end call, untill I wait for screen to pop up, or I asked the person from the other end to end it.
Secondly, if I play a Voice Note, screen goes off, and the Voice Msg volume goes low, i t will have to finish playing the voice Note, before screen comes back on. Please what could be happening, I have activated double tap, still it doesnt wakes up screen during calls or listening to voice messages. I need help

Good luck, 01 Aug 2020My camon has of recently started blocking my incoming calls what should i do? When you are using LTE only on any Android phone, your calls will be blocked. Switch to GSM/WCDMA/LTE

Not even if its your second phone

I bought my phone 5 months ago, it started with the charger . I changed and bought another quality one. I have been buying good and expensive chargers . Its now worse that i will charge for 7hours to get to 20%.. Really regret buying it.

Please stay away from tecno Camon 12 products for now, it has factory default problems and the screen can easily crack, it will cost you N13,400 to fix the screen.
