My Tecno camon 12 air model cannot receive or call or text anybody using the Safaricom line it only uses airtel line. Please help what is the resolution

asha, 23 Dec 2020why is it that this phone cant accept a memory card..in that I'm using it as my office..... moreRemove your memory card and slot it back after click the notification on your screen when you memory card dot is highlight then two options will appear then click the on use as portable, problem solved.

My Camon 12 is visible to smooth 4 gimbal but failed to connect. Is that suppose to be a software problem or incompartibility, what should I do?
