I find the phone interesting however, my GBWhatsApp is not functioning well. After installation, I can't receive notification except I open d app. Pls, anyway out of this?

One of my sim card can't emit nor receive calls, while the Sim card is working on another phone.
can someone help, if there is any settings to check please.

why is tecno camon 15 so poor in the configuration of menus in it. for example, no place to control the number of devices that can connect to the hotspot. another one I just discovered now is there is no menu in message setting where you can see the message center number. I have search, search and search. I can't find it. what kind of a phone is this? I have been using many tecno smartphones esp, the camon series; this is the worse. The phone book is just one page like wise the message page. I can't send message since about 3 days now, why, because I can't find where the message center number is in it. If I had known I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. can anybody help?
