It doesn't sent text message but can only receive. Each time I tried sending text it prompt out NOT SENT. TAP TO RETRY. I need a solution to this problem. I've even checked through the message app settings to set message service center but couldn't find the settings there. I need help pls. Thanks

Pls, I really need help from you guys. Since I got this Carmon 15 premier I can't be able to send text message with it but can only receive. Each time I tried to send sms it always indicate "NOT SENT. TAP TO RETRY". I checked through the message app settings to set the message service center I couldn't find it.
