The worst Tecno phone I ever used. Screen going blur when watching video. Poor colour resolution. Not displaying incoming calls. Screen freezing unnecessarily. No factory factory fitted screen guard up till now. I wasted my 90k. Tecno should up their tech to snapdragon chip set for game, 95 % screen to frame ratio. Type C fast charger . Copy Huawei p40 pro, Motorola edge plus, one plus eight, Xiaomi Redmi note series of you can not model Samsung and Huawei. Imagine camon 15 premier with same p35 chipset same with phantom 9. What is the hype all about?

Why doesn't my new phantom 9 have no sound at all unless I wear earphones? Not even the WhatsApp voice notes...I can't even play music, please help.

I have been using techno phantom 9 for more than nine months the phone is good the only problem is the battery the capacity is very low Africa especially Nigeria need phone with higher battery capacity at least 5000mah with fast charging because of unstable power supply. Techno have customers in Africa especially Nigeria

Please guys always have in mind that you have tecno users in Africa, so when making phones make some with more Battery capacity to withstand the heat cos i believe too much heat kills the battery .
And what's up with the ads? Like everything I touch I get an ad for free

PRESTIGE, 30 Apr 2020I really love the phone, the only problem am haven with the phone is the screen that goes blan... moreIt will always go blank when on call because of the Proximity sensor that prevents the body from touching other functions of the phone so that the phone doesn't perform an unwanted task.
Try locate where where the Proximity Sensor is by waving your hand over the screen when making a call. This will make you know where the Sensor is so that you can maneuver it and launch your call recorder.
