I have a lot of problems with this phone:
1: It lags a lot
2: the camera is not that good and sharp
3: multitasking is not that efficienct
4: It's not a 4 day battery (depending on how long you use it).
5:can't carry some app well, and game, even with the game mode on, it still crash.
6:video quality is not that good, as how I
expected.
7: the face scanner doesn't work something and fail to verify that is me.
8: And a Very low RAM, and Storage Capacity.

Pls l have been trying to freeze some Apps and also locate my phone call recordings and unable to do them till now. Pls how will I go about these.
This phone is not user friendly at all. Tecno should do something fast about all these complaints.

Celebobo, 04 Nov 2020It's very annoying, stops music when I enter into another appThe device really sucks. It closes an app when you open another. It's bad at gaming. The OS is crap. Tecno should really scrap off HiOS
