It's a great product. But I'll like it much if you help us work on the update it's keep coming even after the update is done. Secondly the phone keeps refreshing app when minimize that's not too cool.. Everyone loves Tecno ND wanted it. God bless Tecno

I bought this phone 2 months ago and it freezes then it locks itself, esp. while browsing, hanging alot, the power is ok, but i don't know what to do.

I have a lot of problems with this phone:
1: It lags a lot
2: the camera is not that good and sharp
3: multitasking is not that efficienct
4: It's not a 4 day battery (depending on how long you use it).
5:can't carry some app well, and game, even with the game mode on, it still crash.
6:video quality is not that good, as how I
expected.
7: the face scanner doesn't work something and fail to verify that is me.
8: And a Very low RAM, and Storage Capacity.

This phone is not user friendly at all. Tecno should do something fast about all these complaints.
