I don't understand the phone model LC8, it has d same model with tecno spark power 2....for that I can't differentiate between the two phones

I didn't use this phone up to 5months and I am experiencing a lot of problems, can't play video now cos it will start shaking and other video will start playing by themselves and even other apps will start displaying by themselves. I don't know what to do now cos I don't even have money to buy another phone.
