My Tecno spark 5 pro screen is switching off when I make calls. I purchased it just two months ago. What is the solution. I think it is just too early to be giving such problem

it is now becoming a disgrace to me,this phone went off and when i try to charge it immediately shows is fully charged and it can't come on,whta is the problem?

The most common reason for this issue is that the proximity sensor on your phone is not working correctly. The proximity sensor is a small little sensor, usually on the top of the phone next the logo or speaker you hold up to your ear. The sensor is supposed to recognize when you hold your phone up to your ear, so that the phone will lock (turns on the black screen), then you won’t accidently press keys with your cheek when talking to other people on the phone. After you’re done with your conversation and remove the phone from your ear the sensor is then supposed to unlock your screen and allow you to end the call.

This is intended behavior to prevent you from accidentally pressing any buttons when you hold the phone against your ear.

am very disappointed with the phone the is only showing on the screen tecno when I put it in charger it is not even turning on I have tried flashing it at the computer it is not responding

Tecno spark 5 I record a phone records so I try to rename it but the file is not play again how can I play it back
