am very disappointed with the phone the is only showing on the screen tecno when I put it in charger it is not even turning on I have tried flashing it at the computer it is not responding

1. My tecno spark 5 screen goes off immediately i place a call hence am unable to hang up unless the receiver does so.
2. The sound mostly goes off making it hard for me to hear what the person is saying on the side of the call.
please how do i fix this. thank you
