Fortunately, I bought Tecno spark 5 air July 2020, still using and infact sent this message from it. Never have I experience difficulty using the phone. Problem most run into is lack of knowledge and best practices in the usage of android mobile phone. Charge and use between 30/80% not 0-100%, disable/uninstall app you do not use, dark/screen less app only date/time, restart 3 times daily, keep from moisture/dust, wipe cache partition quarterly or after system update and most importantly, care and guide mobile phone.

Mv smart , 24 Apr 2022Can it be upgraded to android 11yes u can put android 11 or 12 on it using custom rom only as there is no official uppgrade, but 10 is good enought and bugs free so stay there, enjoying phone is by exploring new applications and games

Anonymous, 04 Apr 2022Use oraimo to charge it.....soooo fast The only reason why I had to dispose of this stupid phone was because of the endless charging. I was in the same position ure in now, I tried every charger there is to try and by that I mean the fastest ones as of date
and it still charged for 6 hours. There's no charger ure ever going to buy that will change that. Don't listen to one person telling you to buy oraimo charger, I tried that one already 9amps to be exact. So sorry dude...the only solution is to buy a new fone if u can

Erasmus , 04 Aug 2021My only problem is the sound it has an unclear speaker I have been using Tecno spark 5 Air for more than a year now and its features are amazing, the only issue is the charging rate, mine takes 5-6 hours to be fully charged and the situation is now worse since my charger got bunt, I have search for a compatible charger but all the chargers I have gotten takes 11 hours for the phone to be fully charged..... Pls is there any way out
