There are so many things I don't like about this phone: first, any app that runs in background will not work in the phone, including live wallpapers, gps security, language changer, etc . Secondly, they lied about the ram and rom. I wish I could post screenshots here, could have done so. The ram is not half up to 2gb and the ROM is only about 15gb. Recently all the files in my phone are about 13gb and they remind me constantly that my storage is full. As for ram, despite cleaning all the minimised apps, the free ram is never even up to 1Gb. I'm yet to discover other things. My phone is barely one year old and I'm already tired of being frustrated!

I love tecno spark 5 air but sometimes it's boring it's not allowing some other wallpaper like live wallpaper.when I download live wallpaper from play store when am trying to put my live wallpaper it's refuse it's telling me sorry your devise does not support live wallpaper 😣😔😌please fix this problem I love live wallpapers it's so cute and beautiful.

The phone tecno spark 5 air do not support live wallpaper and other features, some good and wonderful applications which other smaller android phone uses are not supported by tecno spark 5 air why. Please, all those features should be updated if not my campaign from now will be nobody should use tecno phone. The developer should try make their customers happy with wonderful features the will make your product top the chat

I've tried all the fast chargers available as of date but the phone still charges for 6 hours which is extremely annoying. I'll fling the useless spark 5 air into outer space as soon as I get enough cash for a better phone with a shorter charge time (18watts and above nothing less)

Spark 5 air is an awesome device but the charging time is just too lengthy I will change my phone to infinix hot 10t or tecno spark7p hopefully.

You're right about everything except for the charging, it does not charge for two hours even with the follow come Tecno charger or any charger for that matter, it charges from 0% to 100% in 6 hours nothing less and it's the same for everyone I know that has the same phone

I love Tecno spark 5 air, iv been using it for almost 6 months now. Everything looks perfect except the sound which is not so good. I use Tecno charger and it charges within two hours if it's on 0%. Nice phone in general can't complain.
