Nokia Android Rumors

We saw the screen panel of the Nokia 7.1 Plus (aka Nokia X7) yesterday, today some more details have surfaced. The phone will have a 5.9” screen, slightly smaller than the 6” screen of the current Nokia 7 Plus.

It will keep the 1,080 x 2,160px resolution, but games will enjoy a speed boost thanks to the switch to Snapdragon 710 (up from 660 on the current model). The top bezel shows one hole for a selfie camera and one for the proximity sensor on either side of the earpiece.

While we don’t yet know the battery capacity, the Nokia 7.1 Plus is expected to support 18W fast charging.

The phone is expected to be unveiled this year, perhaps as soon as a month from now. It was supposed to launch alongside the Nokia 9, but the latest rumors suggest that the flagship has been delayed for next year.

Nokia 7 Plus (and Nokia 8 Sirocco) aren’t compatible with AT&T’s main 4G LTE band in the US. Importing one is a gamble
