T-Mobile Galaxy Note update gets detailed before launch

You may already know that T-Mobile will be getting the Galaxy Note on August 8. But even before the device hits the shelves, T-Mobile has readied a software update that you will be able to install as soon as you start the phone.

The list of improvements in this new version include:

• Error: ‘Enter MAC address’ after entering MAC address
• Weather widget does not show current location
• MobileLife contacts addresses combined into a single field

The update will be pushed between August 8 and September 30. It can be downloaded over the air or through Samsung's Kies desktop application.
