T-Mobile UK to offer the G2 Touch (HTC Hero) starting tomorrow

T-Mobile HTC Android

So here it goes - the carrier customized version of the HTC Hero will be available in less than 24 hours to T-Mobile customers in the United Kingdom. In a message on Twitter the carrier team announced that the handset will appear in the online store from tomorrow with real stores following over the next few days.

The HTC Hero is best-equipped Android handset to date (until the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X3 shows up anyway) and will go by the name of T-Mobile G2 Touch.

Just as their direct competitor Orange (the other major carrier to offer the HTC Hero), T-Mobile UK will allow their users to get the G2 Touch for free. To qualify for that Andorid-lovers will have to sign an 18-month 40 pound-a-month contract.

Unfortunately for our American friends T-Mobile USA has no plans to follow suit and will not offer the G2 Touch anytime soon.

What are you talking about? It says in the article it's made by HTC and no one has said it's made by T-mobile. That's just the way they call it. Read please.
