Apple iPhone 11 review

T-Mobile's LG V20 drops to $480, whether you pay in full or through installments

LG Android T-Mobile Deals

T-Mobile will start taking pre-orders for LG's G6 tomorrow, on March 22. Coincidentally or not (definitely not), today LG's previous flagship offering, the V20, has become hugely discounted at the magenta carrier.

Normally retailing for a whopping $769.99, you can now grab a V20 for just $480. The total price is the same regardless of whether you pick paying in full for the phone, or using TMo's installment plan. If you go the latter route, you'll shell out $20 per month for two years. As usual, if you cancel wireless service before you've paid up the entirety of the amount you owe for the phone, the remaining sum becomes due.

While the V20 and the G6 both have a screen size of 5.7" diagonally, don't let that fool you - because of its different aspect ratio, the total display surface is lower in the G6. However, that might be a big plus for some, given the fact that it makes it much more pocketable and usable in one hand than the V20 (and the G6's slim bezels contribute too). On the other hand, the V20 has a secondary 'ticker' display and a removable battery. In the end choosing the older model or the yet to be launched G6 is all up to your personal preference.

Good luck getting a black friday discount on an iPhone. They always release in late September, and there are no black friday discounts on their newest phone. So when the iPhone 8 comes out next fall, there will not be any discounts on that phone. Sur...

Hi, your assumption regarding the display surface of the LG G6 being lower to the LG V20 is only correct if you include the V20 additional display. Regarding the main display, the surface is higher on the G6.
