IAM using the same fone seriously ah was stupid to take this phone ND yet IAM paying 359....it's slow charging point problem🙄it switches it's self off....IAM sending it back ND block my debit order I won't pay fr shit sorry....thy cn take their fone ....

This phone has 3 display cameras but only one works and it's always freezing..I don't like this phone when u email them n want an exchange they don't respond but they don't forget to take your money in the account..see me buy anything like this again kill me sies I hate it the quality of the camera is weak

the ulefones11 is not a option. i had the phone for 3months after that the phone just went off but they deducted for the past 4 months from my account for a phone that i cant use. not to talk about the functioning of the phone very slow and poor quality of the camera so don't go for that phone it is just a waste of money.

Six months old phone with warrant,I took it ulefone service center since it wasn't charging but removing power instead.i left it there .only to collect it well DAMAGED,Opened screen changed.now am left with a shaking phone on the screen.i can't read or type

This phne Is a big problem it's slow it got 3 cameras but only one work it shows 3 gig ram but the phone only got 1 gig this is fair

I've received mine and also not happy with it, I had the same problem when phone was activated my data was finish,also it shows fingerprint figures but nothing,where is the NFC also .not happy at all😡

I've received the fone, but I'm not happy at all with certain things on the ulefone eg:1.Letter L,gives me problems, plus the Spacing bar.
2.after that 72hours when the ulefone was activated never used data but it was fineshed before I can even use it.3.i can't get access to the office meetings via streaming services, plus the ulefone is very slow for the line of business am in.if you'll read this massage please help because I can't go on like this.

I got a call today offering me this phone on contract. When I ask for more information about the phone the consultant get agitated and end the call in my ear. I am not impressive with their service and attitude at all. Don't try and sell your cheap products at a high price to innocent customers. I have rather decide to cancel my application.
