Out of 4 units, 1 had the main ca... moreThe last issue you mentioned is because they just use a simple earpiece speaker as the secondary loudspeaker but unlike a normal phone with only one loudspeaker both speakers are getting media audio (music etc) instead of only the dedicated loudspeaker getting those signals. Unlike phones with proper stereo speakers that usually have 2 loudspeakers and use the same upper loudspeaker as the earpiece as well umidigi does the opposite strangely enough. Normal earpiece speakers are not meant to play loud by any means. Umidigi is just sending the rest of the audio signal that isn't normally sent to the earpiece speaker unless the device has a dedicated loudspeaker.
Pretty odd design choice if you ask me. Like how much more could it cost to include a proper secondary loudspeaker and use that as the earpiece when needed (like every other phone with proper stereo speakers do) instead of doing it this way around?

Unfortunately this model has long since been discontinued. Same with the one & one pro models (released at the same time)
Sadly these models aren't very common so it is now nearly impossible to find replacement parts for them. And screens forget it. My one pro display was damaged including the back glass. I was able to find a new back glass & order it just fine, and many other parts like the loudspeaker, wireless charging coil, charging port are available (very limited but available) I've even found 2 motherboards on sale on eBay & AliExpress, one of which has been sold already. But unfortunately i haven't been able to find a display & I've been looking for over a year. Even contacting many 3rd party phone display manufacturers in China that used to sell them but they told me that they no longer do.
I really liked this phone. I purchased it back in mid 2019 so when i found somebody selling a new one on eBay i just had to instantly buy it without a second thought. I paid a little more than what i did back in 2019 but a good chunk of that was for shipping. I am currently typing this comment on it. Good phone but sadly replacement parts for them are super rare. If I've been looking for over a year without luck it's extremely unlikely any repair shop will be able to find a replacement display for these models unless by some miracle they happen to have some old stock.

Go to APP on Phone setting and look for the particular app, then clear storage of the particular app, or better still uninstall the app and reinstall back. It might helps...✌

Nice features, dangerous cheap battery swelled until it broke the case of phone open and this was inside of one year. It has been a week of talking to them and still no resolve

Stay away from Umidigi. Great features, but non-existent QC. Out of 4 units, 1 had the main camera experience temporary myopia (could only focus on close objects) which later corrected itself, 1 shipped with a line of malfunctioning pixels from top to bottom, 1 with very low headset volume, and all 4 units with low right/headset volume in "stereo" (not) mode. Seems like a fundamental design flaw where the bottom/left speaker is much louder than the headset/right speaker.

Brian, 20 Sep 2019I am using a Umidigi One Pro. There are pro's and cons w/ my unit. But I would like to ask if... moreI have had zero issues with my unit.. I have not had any apps freez or shut down.. I have used the Ubeats, Upods on my unit and have had issues with connectivity between the hand set or Bluetooth units. Other then that I have had no problems.
