Motorola

Motorola unveiled the updated version of the popular Motorola L7. The new version is called Motorola L7e and features a number of upgrades. The mobile is to be available in metallic blue finish and offers a 1.3 megapixel camera. The menu interface has also got a face-lift and now it resembles the one used in Motorola KRZR. The new Motorola L7e also benefits from extended data communication capabilities, meaning that now it supports EDGE with video streaming, as well as A2DP Bluetooth profile for listening to music on a stereo Bluetooth headset.

The updated interface brings along the Media Editor application which would allow users rotate, sharpen or blur their images, or even add them frames and background colors. Furthermore, the handset would have up to 20MB of internal user memory as opposed to the 5MB in Motorola L7.

Other features of Motorola L7e are pretty much identical to those of the well-known L7 model. These are quad-band GSM/GPRS support, microSD memory card slot, and a miniUSB slot.

The Motorola L7e should be available by the end of 2006.

GSMArena.com also offers you the chance to see a real life video of the Motorola L7e, provided by our partners from mobilport.hu.
