The vivo iQOO Neo5 impressive refresh rate is on a 6.62" OLED panel of Full HD+ resolution. It is HDR10+ certified and is advertised to have a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. On the inside, vivo coupled the Snapdragon 870 chip with 8/12 GB RAM and 128/256 GB UFS 3.1 storage.

One of the more attractive features of the gaming phone is the 66W fast-charging for the 4,400 mAh battery. The bundled adapter also supports 45W PD for all other compatible devices.

The camera department rarely is important with gaming smartphones, so vivo decided to go easy and brought a 48MP f/1.8 main and 13MP ultrawide units in addition to two 2MP modules of limited use. The front-facing camera is hidden behind a punch hole and has a 16MP sensor.
