vivo Android Rumors

After yesterday's vivo NEX 3 charger leak, today we have the glass panel to look at and it comes from a fairly reputable source. According to Ice Universe's tweet, the phone will be called vivo NEX 3 instead of NEX 2. We guess that's because it's the third phone in the lineup after the vivo NEX Dual Display.

vivo NEX 3 screen glass panel leaks, big curvature ahead

As you can see from the image, the curvature is quite pronounced and it's probably one of the biggest curves on a screen so far. We are probably looking at the next iteration of a full screen phone as the extreme curves mean there will be almost no visible side bezels.

Additionally, the leakster says that the NEX 3 won't have any cutouts, notches or holes for the front-facing camera and sensors. The top and bottom bezels will also be extremely thin.

With the increasing frequency of the NEX 3 leaks, the release is probably coming sooner than we might think and we can't wait to see some more revealing images of the handset. It's going to be a stunner, that's for sure.

It has a rather large chin - so ye, why not get an even bezel around the front screen and make it flat like most people want it instead of keeping an edged screen like most people don't like on any edged phone so far...

Yeah, this probably has a lot of durability issues, which is why Samsung lets a Chinese niche brand use the screens. :)
