vivo Android Rumors

vivo did something different for its flagship smartphone line this year, releasing the X200 Pro mini as a smaller option alongside the X200 and X200 Pro. And it seems to be selling quite well.

The company now plans to launch a smaller-screen mid-range smartphone in 2025, according to a new rumor from Digital Chat Station. The post on Weibo has since been deleted which generally means he spilled the beans a bit too early.

In it he claims the device will be powered by a Dimensity 9 series chipset, but doesn't name it. This makes us think it will be the Dimensity 9300 at best, which makes sense for what is going to be, let's not forget, a mid-ranger.

The main camera will be 50 MP, and the device will also have a telephoto camera. The screen could actually be identical to that fitted onto the X200 Pro mini with its 6.31" size, 1216x2640 resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, and 4,500-nit peak brightness.

Finally, the mid-ranger in question will be outfitted with a silicon battery that is "quite large", so we assume it will best the X200 Pro mini's 5,700 mAh capacity.

These are all the details revealed right now, but of course we'll let you know when we find out more about this device.

Wise thinking. Not all Mobile customers are looking for massive size phones. There's a sizeable market for compact, affordable light weight mobiles as well (6" - 6.3"). Bring it on VIVO.

Yes with Si/C battery, manufacturers should not affraid of putting less capacity caused by small size factor. Now 5000 mAh can be easily put on smaller size phones.

Small phones with small specs and small batteries are nothing but E-Waste. Big brick for everyone for maxed specs and best experience.
