For everyone who commenting the camera was the best in this price range. Let me tell u, i'm using both Vivo V20 and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, and Note 9 Pro Max camera was better in term of detail and color, V20 only win in dynamic range at low light photograpy, but the detail still can't compete with Note 9 Pro Max. I'm comparing it side by side with more than 100 photos with same object, with day and night photography, and with same condition and time (Shoot with both phones in a same time). So don't overpraised this phone such as saying "best camera phone". LOL. Even redmi note 9 pro max camera can capture good small numbers in my calendar from far away in lowlight condition (shoot from around 10 metres to my calendar and zoom it until 5x).
Oh and let me tell u, the sound quality was better on note 9 pro max too but only if u're not using a headset, want to compare it? Play shooting games with max volume and u will find the difference between this 2 phones. But with headset, V20 was better.

-laggy and slow ... moreI only bought this the other day and I noticed that the loading of pictures and videos are so slow to the point of buffering and at times, does not load at all even on stable internet.Not all pictures can be downloaded in some social media networks especially Instagram. it is also the same in Facebook, you cannot see some of the pictures.
You Tube videos cannot also be viewed immediately due to buffering and it has no relation to your internet provider because I also have other phone to compare it with.
I believed that the model itsef is defective. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS ASIDE FROM IT IS PRICEY. It is not worth the price for me.

Using this phone since last 1 month....
- Badly missing haptic feedback
- Sound volume is too low and not on quality
- OS is full with bloatware preinstalled which you can't even uninstall or disable.
- Video quality is worst.
Only plus point is camera PHOTOs, and their editing tools of image are better.
Those only wants photo quality can opt this. (not recommend sports/moving subjects) its not capable to shoot good burst photos. mostly blurry.

I know this isn't enough sample but that's all I know. V19 & V17 confirmed a11 update for later next year if I'm not mistaken

but typing experience is horrible. sometimes letters are not typed sometimes 3 times printed
