This phone never gets slowed. I bought it in 2022 and I recently bought second hand Iphone 13. When I compare the normal usage, I still feel Vivo V25 was much user friendly and fast enough to manage daily tasks. Excellent device.

An FT15 software update (based on Android 15) popped-up about 8 hours ago.
And I installed immediately.

I want to upgrade my phone with vivo, not any other.

The phone easily getting hot, especially when using fast charging. The camera is awful especially night video, OIS is bad, feels like using EIS cheap software, can see afterimage in the video. Laggy and not stable.

I've purchased a Vivo V25 in the month of December 2022. Inside the box the data cable is different from Vivo I was not aware of same when I purchased, later my charger is not working so went to vivo service centre about the charging concern I was told that the data cable is not the one which vivo provide. Now I've complained to vivo office they denied for same.
So like to express be aware while taking vivo phones. They cheat customers.

a53 doesnt have charger neither earphone and dongle.
while vivos have those. both have shared slot sd card.

4. 120Hz display vs. 90Hz
5. Slightly cheaper
6. Punch-hole display vs. Notch
7. 5000 mAh battery vs. 4500 mAh
8. One UI 5.0 is better than vivo's UI in some aspects. For example, the OTG function is always-on, you don't have to go to settings to turn-on OTG switch each time you connect USB. Further, all functions of Android 13 are supported, including full-fledged Material You.
However, vivo V25 has 44W fast charging support compared to 25W on A53. V25's selfie camera is 50 MP compared to 32 MP on A53. Both phones support OIS in main camera, though.
But overall, A53 has better specs.
