Im from Philippines.
The recent update for V3 Max was very unpleasant almost every minute there is a 1% drop in battery, just bought this phone for 5 days and I had a very bad experience.
Is there anyone from Vivo or from the company whose attending to this. We dont even have updates whether they will provide another update for the improvement of the battery life.
It really upsets me when there is no one from the company whose giving us update on what they will do. Does the company care?

Atif, 06 Nov 2016I want to purchase vivo v3 max. How it is.. Vivo or oppoVivo
Great phone. Heres my quick review, build quality is great and sturdy. Display is bright and very pleasant to look at. Plenty of colors with good viewing angles. Performance is snappy and funtouch ui is really fast and easy to use. Could handle heavy games like nova3 and modern combat with almost no framedrop. Feels like Snapdragon810 performance with no heating issue.
Kate, 06 Nov 2016V3 max or oppo f1s?V3 max better screen. Better sound quality, much faster. F1s is just all selfie nothing more

Vivo used to be all about audio quality, display quality & thinness. All their phones used to have a signature three, non-backlit silvery capacitive navigation buttons. Oppo on the other hand was primarily focused on camera innovation, selfie camera performance and fast charging technology.
By doing collaboration in hardware level as BBK Electronics own both the brands, many Vivo phones are now turning out to be re-branded Oppo and vice-versa. I am not saying this is bad, but a single home button + fingerprint sensor of Vivo X7 very much reminds me of Oppo R9s. They even look like clones. Buy any one and you will be greeted with same type of feel & user experience. :(
Let us see what the selfie focused Oppo V5 ... oops ... Vivo V5 turns out to be.

Their flagship X-series is only available in China as of now which is a bummer. I have their last year flagship Vivo X5Max and also recently launched Vivo V3Max and there is a difference in product quality and materials used in both phones. All cannot me measured by just specs, just as two spec wise similar 1080p displays may end up with different color accuracy and reproduction and cost. That said V3Max is a very good handset for its current asking price of INR 19k.
To me the best ever handset launched by Vivo internationally will always be the X5Max. Desperately waiting for its true successor Vivo XPlay5 Elite.
Tosif, 04 Nov 2016Dude plz wait coz v5 n v5 max r abt to launch in market dis monthV3 max is almost as cheap as V3 when released now. If V5 and V5 max released it will be more expensive for the first few months. Who wants to wait till next year to get their hands on that V5?
