vivo is expected to launch three flagship phones in September – the vivo X70, X70 Pro and X70 Pro+. Earlier today we saw renders of the Pro model along with some specs, now it’s time to have a closer look at the vanilla model.
The vivo X70 will be roughly the same size as the Pro and will feature a flat 6.5” display (most likely a 1080p+ panel). The phone will measure 158.5 x 73.4 x 8.0 mm, according to info from @OnLeaks. For comparison, the Pro model has a curved 6.56” display with 120 Hz refresh rate.
The vanilla model will also run its display at 120 Hz, according to another leakster. Moving on to the camera, the X70 is one camera short – the periscope lens is gone – but the ZEISS branding is still on board, as is the triple LED flash arranged in a line. The main camera will reportedly feature a 1/1.5” sensor with gimbal stabilization.
The vivo X70 might be powered by a Dimensity 1200 like the Pro model, though the Google Play Console recently listed a couple of models with the Dimensity 900. Either way, we expect to see 44W fast charging.
Well the pro plus model will have sd 898(idk maybe it's 895) or sd 888+. While pro model may have sd 888 or sd 870. Plus dimensity 1200 runs cooler and pro model is not 900 its like 600-750 or something.
Are you ok with Dimensity 1200 at 900 USD? I won't settle less than snapdragon 870. Vivo X70 can use snapdragon 778G.
Typical China smartphone brands. It's all about planned obsolescence.
