im using vivo y 11 in my phne 4 gb sd card is there empty and phne memory as 500 mb but again asking in sufficient space is coming to instal new apps ..i have changed move apps in my apps

my vivo y11 handset is not properly working.when i receive and make call the sound is not clear. always sound has interruption. i ask this problem on ervise center but they have don't find any issue in my phone. but most of the time i face this problem.
and another issue is internal memory is full very fast.
